I decided to do a weekly update of my progress for my monthly goals. I figure doing this will keep me on track better. So far so good. I'm still drinking my water (3) bottles a day. I hope to increase it to (4) bottles over the weekend. Overall my body is hydrated and my skin looks better. Downside is that I'm in the bathroom SO much its not funny. I thought after a while your body becomes more and more hydrated and you don't urinate as much. Don't worry I'm not going to stop nor decrease my water intake :)
Everyday I take my Nioxin multi-vitamin with a meal. 2-3 times a day with a small meal I'll take 2-3 Biotin tablets 1000 mcg and 1 MSM tablet 1000mg. These vitamins alone require a great deal of water. It seems like a lot to take but I'm getting results (2 weeks post and already need a relaxer) without side effects and its not inconveniencing for me.
I put down Dirty Blonde by Lisa Scottoline and picked up Heat Wave by Richard Castle. My request from the library have started coming in and I am getting overloaded with books to read and listen to. Today alone I picked up an audio titled I, Michael Bennet by James Patterson & Michael Ledwidge (new favorite duo authors),and I Am Number Four by Pittacus Lore in book and movie. I have to return the movie next week on the 12th and since its my personal reading policy, I'll have to read the book (over 400 pages) before I see the movie (109 minutes) I'm going to be on a non-stop reading frenzy...no complaints here :-)
