September started out really good in accomplishing my goals but soon dropped off as the month progressed. Before i realized it I hadn't drunk any water for nearly (2) weeks...not good for the body. I didn't realize my body was dehydrated until about a week ago, I wasn't using the bathroom regularly, plus skin and hair issues. Now each day I drink a few bottles working my way up to my body weight in fluid ounces.
I need to lose weight but don't want to just lose weight to be smaller. I want to go back to a personal trainer that I was using. I want to reshape my body as I get smaller so that I'm more toned physically. That's my excuse for my working out during the month of September, which is not really an excuse because I could still gone for a walk after each meal.
I did do good taking my vitamins for the most part.
September goals are being carried over to October hair, fitness and book reading goals. Continue drinking water, start exercising with or without trainer twice a week and read a book complete in a week. So far (3) bottles of 16 fl.oz minimum a day in water. Currently reading Dirty Blonde by Lisa Scottoline. This time around I think I'll post a weekly update to keep me on target ;-)
