September Hair Goals

As a member of Bloglovin' I follow a few and recently read a post by Wishful Lengths. She posted goals for the month of September that she'd like to make.

I've seen these post on other blogs as well. With only (4) months remaining in 2013 I thought  it would help me attain a few other hair goals I have for 2013. Having a blog to post to will keep me accountable :) What if any, goals do you have for yourself?


Stretch till end of month using protective styles. Doing so will be my longest stretch to date and I'll be able to reach another goal for 2013.

Walk after each meal and exercise for 30 minutes daily. Promotes hair growth for me :)

Drink my body weight in water daily. I calculate this by taking my weight of 170lbs divide it in half to get 85 total. 85 fl.oz of water. a day will ensure that my body is well hydrated without messing up my electrolytes.

Take my supplements daily. Directions on bottle say to take with a meal. I believe most people just take with water and that's why a lot of people end up with adverse side effects or no results.

These four items in the beginning of my journey were my undertaking. I saw immediate results but got caught up in being a product junkie and then trying other things I thought would grow my hair faster. Now that my focus is where it should be I'm getting back to the basics.
